Increased business involvement in technology initiatives has made it necessary that IT teams expand their own business engagement skills. However, almost half of IT employees have room for development in critical soft skills like relationship management and influence.

iLeCT will be hosting a series of professional development events to help build on these skills. Join us in a webinar with peers from dozens of other midsized organizations to cultivate and advance your business engagement skills. The webinar will be followed by a discussion with your UIC peers.

This session will teach you how to tailor and assert control in your conversations with business partners to push forward their thinking. You will be able to implement best practices in commercial pitching and storytelling in order to guide business partners from their problem to your recommended solution.
