Increased business involvement in technology initiatives has made it necessary that IT teams expand their own business engagement skills. However, almost half of IT employees have room for development in critical soft skills like relationship management and influence.

iLeCT will be hosting a series of professional development events to help build on these skills. Join us in a webinar with peers from dozens of other midsized organizations to cultivate and advance your business engagement skills. The webinar will be followed by a discussion with your UIC peers.

This session will improve sponsors’ engagement skills, clarifying their role and reinforcing their commitment to ensuring their effectiveness on projects.
