Increased business involvement in technology initiatives has made it necessary that IT teams expand their own business engagement skills. However, almost half of IT employees have room for development in critical soft skills like relationship management and influence.

iLeCT will be hosting a series of professional development events to help build on these skills. Join us in a webinar with peers from dozens of other midsized organizations to cultivate and advance your business engagement skills. The webinar will be followed by a discussion with your UIC peers.

This session will help you identify the temperament of business leaders based on their aversion to risk, willingness to invest time for greater returns, and desire for control. You will be able to adjust your engagement style to ensure their effective contribution to the project.
